Publication note: PopOff Marketing is NOT the same as Pop Off Agency, the company that cut ties with Danielle Reiss.

If Fascism ever comes to America, it will come in the name of liberalism.”President Ronald Reagan

When you live with integrity, you [do not] need notes to remember your truth.” Western Journal, October 17, 2020, speaking about soon-to-become Justice Amy Coney Barrett

Hello Everyone, Happy Sunday.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. This was an unanticipated column, though I am extremely excited to enhance the public’s perception on this topic. That being said, this is a quasi-Part II to my Freedom vs. Tyranny series.

Those who do wrong should be punished; lex talinois, the law of retribution. My policy.

As someone who aspires to be the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, one day, it is within my blood to want to bring justice and right the wrongs done to others. Those in power believe that they can control the masses because of their “power.” They believe they can mistreat those who they believe are lesser than them because they “can.” That putting others down, giving them a Scarlet Letter, and Blacklisting them, because they “can.”

Well, I hate…actually I do not, I enjoy breaking it to these people—you cannot, at least not without repercussions and ramifications. And for some of those who do these things, it may be legal to do so, but that does not make it right. As you sow, so shall you reap.

Though these actions may be “legal” in the sense of, say, a federal prosecutor cannot come after you for such despicable actions—but the Court of Public Opinion can. From what I hear, sometimes the penalties and punishments from the Court of Public Opinion are far worse than what a federal prosecutor can bring. Let’s find out.

I will take this time to audition for my soon-to-prayerfully-occur position, with you, the American people, as my Grand Jury. Today, I plan on securing indictments.

(Again, I am going to emphasize, none of these people broke laws—according to the current extent of my knowledge—though, in this Court, that does not matter.)

It is an odd thing. The Left and the adherents to the ideology of our current state of “liberal” progressivism, they preach such nice sounding terms. “Diversity.” “Inclusion.” “Equality.” “Kindness.” Whateverness.

However, it is as these people do not own a dictionary, one that doesn’t get changed when ACB mentions a word. I have been saying for quite some time that I believe we are in a 1984-like simulation this year in 2020. What I have meant by that for the most part is seeing an electoral win such as Ronald Reagan saw in 1984.

Though with all that has been going on, the part has shifted, and I am coming to the conclusion, based on all the facts and evidence, we are living more in 1984, the book. “It is a beautiful thing; the destruction of words.”

Last I checked, diversity means the state of being diverse, i.e. having variety. Inclusion means the action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure. Equality means the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities. Equality is like the Golden Rule, treat others as you would want to be treated. I really do not think I have to explain the definition of Kindness. But earlier this week, I had to explain what an Economy is, so kindness is being the polar opposite of the c-word. Sticks and stones, everyone.

With all of those wonderful, current, definitions, the people who preach such words apparently have no clue what they mean. It is like they are ignorant that words have meanings. Sentences have structures. And combined, they are purposefully meant to convey a message to the receiver. Communications 101.

I digress.

Our topic of discussion for today is one that I pray, with all of your help, becomes national news. And it is a topic that boils my blood because I have seen it become too recurrent ever since entering the political public sphere over half a decade ago. This has happened to me, many times, more than I would like to have had happened. Though, like my great Pappa B tells me, “it is what it is, Z.” The aspiration would be to get this in front of Trump, because Danielle would probably like to share her story personally to him. So, let’s make it happen.

The irony of this, as we will read, the Court of Public Opinion indictments I intend to secure involve a company called “Pop Off” and its employees, and I am “Popping Off” a little. Pun intended.

Pop Off’s President and Chief Financial Officer, Ben Silvers, made apparent in his email to Danielle, that he “unfortunately” had to have this “uncomfortable conversation” about firing Danielle for her personal political opinions. It was an “important” conversation to have.

He made sure, emphasized, and expounded that “[Pop Off’s] team is incredibly diverse, and we stand for equality, inclusion, and kindness in everything we do.”  Their clients expect it, because of course, who wouldn’t? And “us” includes Pop Off’s Partners.

Thank God for Ben Silvers and his honesty. Because in the “interest of total transparency” Pop Off, Ben Silvers, et al. saw Danielle’s latest Instagram post where she held a MAGA poster.

From this, they “inferred” Danielle supports the policies and ideologies of Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, policies, which “blatantly undermine the values we hold at Pop Off.” Good job, genius, I am happy you were able to deductively reason Danielle supports POTUS from holding up a sign at his rally.

However, not to be too rude, you’re lacking a little bit in some other areas intellectually. I do not know if it is ignorance, willful blindness, or spinelessness, or as Elon Musk told Zuckerberg, you’re just mentally deficient in some areas. Though, I am not here to judge. The American People are.

So, thus Danielle held up this sign and was fired. But do not worry, Ben Silvers, Edmond Chen, Pat Timmons, and Paula Aciego will still make sure until February 21, 2021, if Danielle still makes them money—they will keep taking money from her, per the partnership agreement. But other than that, though, the diversity, equality, inclusion, and kindness of Ben, Edmond, Pat, and Paula, and Pop Off ends where your support starts for President Trump.

I’ll put this here as my legal disclaimer for when Pop Off wants to Pop Back, this article is laced with sarcasm. I think humor helps get the point across sometimes. If Ben, et al. would like to comment, call me, or have a conversation, feel free to contact me via social media. But this article is about as nice as I will be to them.

As I stated in my last column, a house divided against itself will not stand, and every nation pitted against itself will find itself in desolation. People like Ben and his crew of “inclusive” and “diverse” people need to remember that, or learn, the definition of diversity and inclusion. The real definition, not the progressive tribalism definition. We are all Americans and yes, sometimes people have differing opinions than that of yourself. Talk to them. Ask them why. Do not shun them because they think differently than you. And definitely do not put them out on the streets because of it.

It is healthy for diversity of opinions. Competition breeds excellence, and diversity of opinions is competition of thought processes. We only become better when we engage with each other. It is odd, there are many studies which show conservatives and republicans have more friends that are liberal and democrats than democrats have friends who are republicans. So much for the Preachers of Diversity. They seem to be getting too high on the supply from above, i.e. the Democrat Progressive/Socialist Establishment.

Learn to think for yourself, or else someone is thinking for you and pulling your strings like a puppet master.

In today’s day and age, it seems being fired for being conservative and supporting the other side is the new “No ‘X’ Need Apply.” I thought we got rid of the Democrat’s Jim Crow laws when Republicans passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964? I guess not.

“How much better to heal than seek revenge from injury. Vengeance wastes a lot of time and exposes you to many more injuries than the first that sparked it. Anger always outlasts hurt. Best to take the opposite course. Would anyone think it normal to return a kick to a mule or a bite to a dog.” Seneca, On Anger.

And, to my Grand Jury, for my closing statement. I actually do not wish damages done to Pop Off, and their business. Sometimes the threat of a lawsuit (or indictment in the Court of Public Opinion) is better than the lawsuit itself. Maybe they will actually, eventually, honor their commitments to “kindness, equality, inclusion, and diversity” and not just be False Preachers and Prophets of Progressive Ideology. One can only hope.

Read Danielle’s statement to the Rogue Review:

“As an American citizen, the First Amendment guarantees the right to freedom of expression. Diversity and equality aren’t limited to what side of the political spectrum you’re on. It’s contradictory that the Pop Off Agency claims to focus on inclusivity and equality yet because my views are outside of their own, I’m terminated for holding them. As a company, if their ideas of diversity and inclusion only allow for those with the same ideologies as themselves, it’s hardly diverse but rather very exclusive and entirely motivated by discrimination. Being a public relations professional, I believe it is the right of all my clients to hold whatever political views they see fit for their personal lives, as long as it’s not done to incite hate speech or racism. If Pop Off Agency stands for being incredibly diverse, standing for equality, inclusion, and kindness in everything they do, their executives would incorporate a culture that reflects their core beliefs.”
