HR Pro Says She Blackballs Conservatives: “We HATE You”

“You have families to feed right?…F*ck yourself.” 

A Human Resources professional in Ontario, Canada uploaded a video to TikTok, where she explained how Human Resources departments conspire to fire and prevent the hiring of those who participated in the Freedom Convoy or who take pro-freedom stances. 

“You’re all loud and proud with your big thoughts and your big ideas….I’m a recruiter. It’s a small, small industry. Smaller than you would think. Same with HR. So, if you are looking for a job or maybe trying to keep a job. Maybe, just maybe, think about what you’re putting on social media.” 

Tammy Sepetis, is a Human Resources Professional in Burlington, Ontario. According to her public LinkedIn, she is currently employed at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. She holds an official certification in human resources, “CHRL” (Certified Human Resources Leader). 

In a snarky tone, she continued railing against right-leaning and freedom-loving Canadians, “again freedom fighters, I know you’re not really big with stats and, you know, facts aren’t your thing. But what I can tell you…is that recruiters talk. And recruiters, like the majority of Canada, don’t agree with you.”

Sepetis alluded to the fact that HR professionals will hire on the basis of ideology. She said, “Do you know what that means?…If you need a job, you might not get one. If you want to keep a job, you might not get to do that.” 

“Recruiters are watching. HR is watching. Everywhere. And we hate you.”

“We have the power. Doesn’t matter if there is a f*cking man at the top of your HR department. It’s run by women. And it’s run by angry women just like me.” 

Sepetis concluded by reinforcing the idea that HR professionals have the power to make conservative families poor, destitute and jobless.
