While peaceful American citizens who were swept up in the events of Jan. 6, 2021, are living in jail in third-world conditions, abused and denied basic rights (and called domestic terrorists), the American “justice” system is releasing murderers and terrorists out into the streets. Because Democrats are all for crime and death—but they will do anything to stamp out free speech-protected protests against their corruption.
To give just a few examples of what sort of people the Democrats are NOT concerned about:
A teen “accused of shooting his 16-year-old girlfriend 22 times while walking her dog in a southwest Houston neighborhood is free on bond, according to court records.”
In June 2021, in Maryland, “According to state records, during the coronavirus pandemic, several individuals convicted of murder, attempted murder, and rape have been released from Baltimore City prisons as part of an effort to reduce the prison population.”
By Dec. 2021, 113 capital murder suspects who had been released murdered 150+ more people just in Harris County, Texas alone. Over a hundred people who should have been alive but for leftist “criminal justice reform.” Yet the Jan. 6 protestors, who killed no one, have been treated like mass murdering terrorists and their march through the Capitol called “deadly.”
“FOX26 reported that liberal judges have allowed more than 50,000 accused felons out of prison under liberal reforms.” 50,000 criminals released by leftists, but Jan. 6 prisoners can’t even get necessary medical attention or showers.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has officially termed spreaders of “false or misleading narratives” as “domestic threat actors” committing “terrorism” (ignore the fact that the government has lied about hundreds of things, blatantly and unashamedly, and thus could not possibly be right in its assessment of “misinformation”). After all, a mother who called out school boards and a painstakingly honest undercover journalist were both treated like criminals without rights by the FBI under Biden.
Lawyer Sidney Powell said back in August, “We have the protestors that went in the Capitol, often at the invitation of the Capitol police, who are being held without bail, without basic services like being able to shower, cut their hair, trim their nails, go outside at all unless they agree to be vaccinated, they’re essentially in solitary confinement in a hole, being treated worse than we treat Taliban terrorists at Gitmo, and they simply wanted to see what was going on at the Capitol and make their voices heard [emphasis added].” Powell stated that the accused’s lawyers had experienced “extreme difficulty” reaching their clients even by phone call.
According to TIME (I know, not the most reliable source. . .) in January 2022, over 725 individuals had been arrested for Jan. 6 activities—TIME seemingly doxed some of the accused in the piece, providing images and personal details—and about 71 individuals had received “criminal sentences.” The number of arrested and accused in relation to Jan. 6 has since reportedly reached 800.
I have reported several times for my Substack newsletter on the horrific plight of the Jan. 6 political prisoners. Actual physical abuse, solitary confinement, starvation, state-sponsored indoctrination, inability to speak with lawyers or access religious services, and denial of basic medical care are among the Soviet-style sufferings of these American citizens whose rights (both constitutional and human) have been grossly violated. I wrote:
“This is said to be the account of one of the Jan. 6 prisoners himself. Aside from the horror stories of sewage overflows, brutal physical abuse, starvation, mental anguish, and strip searches, it includes the further information that (Covid) unvaccinated prisoners are treated even worse than vaccinated prisoners.
Welcome to Joe Biden’s America.”
The treatment of the Jan. 6 prisoners is so bad that activist Noor Bin Ladin submitted a statement denouncing the prisoners’ treatment to the United Nations Human Rights Council.
Ketanji Brown Jackson, Biden’s pick for the US Supreme Court, has a record of giving shockingly light sentences to sexual predators, including child pornographers. Judge Jackson told one of these pedophiles that he had “no reason to think that you are a pedophile,” and seemingly apologized to the criminal (who had done what Sen. Josh Hawley calls “heinous” things); “I appreciate that your family’s in the audience, I feel so sorry for them—and for you, and for the anguish this has caused all of you. I feel terrible about the collateral consequences of this conviction.” According to LifeNews.com, “Jackson’s sentences for criminals like child pornographers are 34% lighter than the national average.” For context, while Jackson (the radical Left’s current darling) gave a pedophilic sexual predator only three months in jail, at least one Jan. 6 prisoner who was not even at the Capitol on Jan. 6 was sentenced to 28 months after one allegedly violent text message, according to TIME. Jackson’s advocacy also led to the release of hundreds of GITMO terrorists, some of whom returned to their terrorist activities (including killing Americans). So Jackson was worried about how GITMO (or Guantanamo Bay) was treating literal terrorists, including those who killed Americans. Compare the legal leniency she gained for terrorists with the experience (reported in Oct. 2021) of a peaceful protestor suffering for his presence in D.C. on Jan. 6, 2021.
“My name is Nathan DeGrave, and as a non violent participant at the Jan 6th rally, I’ve spent the last 9 months detained as a political prisoner in pod C2B at the DC Department of Corrections (DOC) otherwise known as DC’s Gitmo.
The conditions here for Jan 6ers have been inhumane. In fact, some inmates are even begging to be transferred to GUANTANAMO BAY, where even THEY have more acceptable standards.”
So American-murdering terrorists are treated better than peaceful pro-Trump protestors. Yes, that is the country the Democrats are running—with little opposition from Republicans.
On March 17, 2022, Insider even released a list of people arrested and charged from Jan. 6 (the number was up to 800) and coolly relayed the FBI’s call for Americans to help them collect data on anyone who was at the Capitol Jan. 6. Mind you, Antifa and BLM destroyed cities and shot children and bystanders dead without the left caring at all. Have you watched the videos of a shop owner and a police officer being beaten into the concrete by hordes of frenzied BLM activists? Have you read the story of how little Secoriea Turner was killed? When an Antifa-slogan-spewing, anti-Trump activist slaughtered grandparents and children at a Waukesha Christmas parade, were the FBI and the mainstream media overwhelmed with virtuous indignation at the violent ideology that spurred him on? There is massive evidence that the Jan. 6 “riot” was actually staged by the FBI itself—at any rate, there were apparently FBI operatives in the crowd. The one man documented to have been calling for a storming of the Capitol ahead of time is Ray Epps, who has been ignored and downplayed by the media, FBI, and Jan. 6 investigative committee. We’ve seen this before, when the plot to kidnap MI Gov. Whitmer turned out to have been a staged FBI event. From Revolver:
“So on January 8, 2021, the FBI begged the public for information regarding the identity of Suspect 16, Ray Epps, and even offered a cash reward.
The public obliged, and in less than three days, Ray Epps was identified as Suspect 16. Researchers corroborated his identity with troves of unassailable direct evidence, including an effective confession from Epps himself to his own local newspaper.
Then, for nearly six months, amidst the biggest manhunt in American history, the FBI did nothing with this information. As the FBI did nothing on Epps, it was simultaneously investigating, arresting, raiding and imprisoning hundreds of completely benign MAGA moms and social media trolls — mostly for minor misdemeanor trespassing charges.
Then, on July 1, between the hours of 3:37 a.m. and 5:55 p.m., the FBI finally took action on Ray Epps. But not to prosecute him, or to announce a sweeping investigation or FBI SWAT raid on Epps’s house for all of his phones and electronics. Instead, someone at the FBI quietly and stealthily purged every trace of Ray Epps from the Capitol Riots Most Wanted database.”
So the people who just entered Capitol grounds because Capitol police invited them that day were arrested, their homes raided, and they themselves imprisoned in horrific conditions that sound like a Soviet political gulag of the last century rather than a modern US jail. Meanwhile Ray Epps is still free.
The lesson the Democrats have taught America is this—murder your girlfriend in horrific fashion, commit terrorism against innocent civilians, or rape children in brutal fashion, and you’ll be considered with respect and sympathy. Peacefully protest a stolen election or send one “violent” text to a family member, and you’ll be tortured in a way that would make Stalin proud. Welcome to the Soviet States of America.
