Black Lives Matter activists and people who agree with BLM’s general premise claim that people are being unjustly murdered in America as a result of racially biased, unjust, and irrational violence.  What is so ironic about this is the number of people who have lost their businesses, their homes, or even their lives as a result either of violence directly perpetrated by BLM or violence encouraged by individuals who support the premise of the BLM movement.  Not only that, but the actual murders of black Americans (especially children) are also evoking no widespread media response or riotous pan-American outrage to compare in any way with the outrage over the death of George Floyd.  In this article I am going to highlight just a few cases about which every American should be reading, murders and tragedies worked by the very people who mouth opposition to such deeds.

In May, in Dallas, Texas, a man with a sword who tried to defend his shop from looting by a crowd of rioters “protesting” George Floyd’s death was beaten almost to death by the crowd, which used a skateboard and rocks to attack him, leaving him lying covered in his own blood on the pavement (fortunately, someone called an ambulance).  Yes, a man who simply tried to prevent rioters from unjustly looting his store was actually stoned and beaten almost to death by BLM protestors.  One rioter even kicked the victim in the head (as seen on video) before running away.

On July 6, Fox News reported that an 8-year-old girl was shot while sitting in a car with her mother in Atlanta near the Wendy’s which became a focal point for BLM riots after Rayshard Brooks, a black man who beat up two police officers and tried to shoot them with a taser stolen from one officer, was shot. Secoriea Turner’s mother was trying to drive through barricades illegally placed in the street by BLM supporters when her car was fired upon multiple times—and her daughter was killed. Secoriya Williamson, the father of the little girl, said passionately:

“They say Black Lives Matter. You killed your own.  They killed my baby because she crossed a barrier and made a U-turn? You killed a child. She didn’t do nothing to nobody. Black Lives Matter? You killing your own. You killed an 8-year-old child. She ain’t did nothing to no one of y’all. She just wanted to get home to see her cousin. That’s all she wanted to do.”

There were no BLM riots over Secoriea’s death—not surprising, considering that Secoriea was killed by a Black Lives Matter rioter.  Compared to Rayshard Brooks’ death, the incident garnered little mainstream media attention. Apparently killing innocent children is okay if you do it for the right cause. As Stalin would say, how can you make an omelet without breaking a few eggs?

There are numerous other stories, and many of the murders are of black men and women (whether police officers or simply uninvolved bystanders).  On June 1, Insider reported on the murder of a 22-year-old black man, James Scurlock (a young man with a little daughter), who was fatally shot outside a bar in Omaha, Nebraska, by rioters.  Two people were shot and killed by rioters in Indianapolis the weekend before Insider’s report: 38-year-old Chris Beaty, who managed local nightclubs and played football at Indiana University, and 18-year-old Dorian Murrell.

While not all the murders are perpetrated by BLM supporters, the fact remains that most of the important figures in entertainment, education, and politics are encouraging violence against police.  There is also the fact that very little public, decisive action has been taken to quell the rioting or restrain potentially dangerous individuals who espouse BLM-type views, are encouraging individuals to ambush and kill police officers.  In April, the San Marcos (Texas) Police Department sent three officers to respond to a domestic abuse call.  Unfortunately, the call was a trap—the abuse suspect opened fire on the policemen as they entered before taking his own life.  31-year-old Officer Justin Putnam, who had served less than six years in the San Marcos department, and who was engaged to be married, was killed—fellow officers Franco Steward and Justin Mueller were wounded.  The man who killed them evidently felt the need to kill policemen before committing suicide—did he think that would make him a hero?  Did he just want to kill someone?  We know that he specifically targeted the police—and now a brave, honest young man, a man who was going to be married, Justin Putnam, is dead.

The week of July 13, Texas Border Business reported on the death of Police Officer Ismael Chavez, who was murdered in McAllen, Texas.  Savannah Chavez, the policeman’s young daughter, shared a post on social media mourning her father’s death, talking about how he died a hero, and saying how much she would miss such a loving dad.  “you died doing what you love most, you died a hero. i love you daddy, see you soon,” Savannah ended her post.  While she did receive some messages of support and condolence, Savannah also received such a flood of hostile, vicious messages from BLM supporters and their ilk that she removed her post.  Some people lectured Savannah on how her father had actually not been a good man while others mocked her and celebrated her father’s murder.  “girl you couldn’t of mourned your dad in peace without having to use that racist ass hashtag,” asked one woman, commenting on Savannah’s use of #BlueLivesMatter.  Another posted response referred to Chavez’s “dumbass uniform.”  Yet another had a picture of the words “Officer Down!” blazoned in front of balloons and a smiley face star, with the added comment, “f—k cops.”

Not all the violence actually resulted in death, though it is serious enough for all that.  Police officers and National Guardsmen were fired upon by a man named David Atee while they were simply trying to clear an area for curfew in Louisville (Atee subsequently died in the gunfire when the police officers and Guardsmen defended themselves, and there is an investigation currently into whether both groups were at fault).  It seems clear from the circumstances (though we do not know Atee’s motives for certain) that they were fired upon simply because they were men in uniform while trying to do a routine, peaceful job.  In Davenport, Iowa, four people were seriously injured by gunfire, including one police officer responding to the situation, and two of those four people have since died of their injuries.

Meanwhile, black people are being murdered in non-BLM-related incidents and BLM is showing no concern.  One-year-old Davell Gardner (who was black) was shot in the stomach while attending a family barbecue near Raymond Bush Playground in Brooklyn, NY, on July 12.  Two men, for unknown reasons, opened fire on the family barbecue, injuring three adult men and fatally shooting Baby Davell.  BLM evinced no reaction and there was no massive media response.  Apparently Davell’s death didn’t further a political agenda, so his murder has been largely ignored.

So, is it worth it?  Are the lives of innocent bystanders, young children, and brave police officers worth it if we achieve the change of an airport’s name or the removal of a black icon from a syrup bottle?  Are BLM and its sympathizers accomplishing anything?  Have they made a single man’s, woman’s, or child’s life better through their riots, their protests, their social media posts, their arson, their destruction, their fundraising, their virulent hatred against anyone who disagrees with them?  Black Lives Matter is a terrorist organization and they are encouraging widespread violence, devastation, and murder.  Not only has BLM wreaked havoc in the lives of its targets, but they have particularly ruined black businesses and ended black lives.  Meanwhile, as the media and radical activists scream hysterically over the deaths of George Floyd and Rayshard Brooks, innocents, and children, like little Davell Gardner, are being murdered and ignored.  Black Lives Matter’s very title is hypocritical and mendacious.  They are a Marxist organization deliberately encouraging terrorist tactics, including large-scale bullying, murder, arson, destruction, inhumanity, injustice, virulent racism, and disregard for individual lives. Maybe they should just stop pretending they care about any individual’s life.  Stalin, Marx, Mao, and Hitler would be proud.
