President Joe Biden has committed a ridiculous number of gaffes in recent years, showing obvious signs of mental decline. Some have even been called racist, including when he told black voters “you ain’t black” if they didn’t vote for him over former President Donald Trump.
But today, Biden took it to another level, seemingly having a flashback to the 1940s, when he was born. He referred to Satchel Paige, a baseball legend in America, as “the great negro at the time.” Watch:
