Chadwick Moore, the author of an upcoming biography about Tucker Carlson, took to Twitter to share that several Fox News employees have departed the network to join Carlson on his new Twitter program.
Following the departure of long-time Fox producer Alex McCaskill, who was fired for a chyron that labeled President Biden as a “wannabe dictator,” Moore revealed that McCaskill will be reuniting with Carlson on his new team. In a tweet, Moore stated, “The Based Chyron Guy, Alex McCaskill, was a former Tucker Carlson Tonight producer who has now left Fox News after ten years, en route to joining Tucker’s new team. He is one of at least three former producers who have left Fox to join Tucker’s new venture.”
According to Moore’s tweets, the team behind Tucker Carlson Tonight at Fox News was tightly knit, with most members having been there since the show’s inception. They have shown their loyalty to Carlson even after his show was mysteriously taken off the air. Moore added, “Also, quietly, many familiar faces from Tucker Carlson Tonight are refusing to appear on Fox News since Tucker was bizarrely pulled off the air—and not just the ones who got blacklisted for writing a book about him!”
Later on, Moore revealed that more Fox employees are leaving the network to join Carlson. He tweeted, “My sources have now told me NINE former Tucker Carlson Tonight staffers have left Fox News to join Tucker on his next venture. There are others who are waiting to leave as soon as a role opens up for them with Tucker. Each of the 9 approached Tucker, not the other way around.”
Carlson’s Twitter program has experienced tremendous success, surpassing his ratings at Fox News, which were already the highest in cable news. The debut episode of Tucker On Twitter garnered an astonishing 80 million views in just 24 hours.
