Wednesday, Project Veritas released a bombshell video reportedly featuring audio of a Senate candidate trashing white voters in her district.
Democrat South Carolina State legislator Krystle Matthews, running for Senate in November, was exposed months ago by Project Veritas when the James O’Keefe-led watchdog released audio of Matthews calling a gang-affiliated prison inmate to request “secret sleeper” candidates to run as Republicans.
“We need some secret sleepers. Like you need them to run as the other side, even though they for our side. And we need them to win,” Matthews said. “We need people to run as Republicans in these local elections. This is the only way you’re gonna change the dynamics in South Carolina.”
“We can wreak havoc for real from the inside out. Then we can flip some sh*t from the inside out.”
Now, Project Veritas has once again exposed Matthews, this time leaking audio in which the Senate hopeful berates South Carolinians, white and black alike.
In the audio, Matthews explains her roots growing up in a predominantly white town, saying black folks like her should “treat them [white people] like shit” to gain their respect.
“My district is slightly Republican, and it’s heavily white. I’m no stranger to white people, I’m from a mostly white town. And let me tell you one thing. You oughta know who you’re dealing with, like…you gotta treat them like sh*t, like I mean…that’s the only way they’ll respect you.”
Matthews continued, “I keep them [white people] right here, like under my thumbs. That’s where I keep it, like… you have to, like, otherwise they get outta control like kids. So, for me, I know other people are tip-toeing around them. And I’m like, “yo, that’s some white sh*t, I ain’t doing that. They be like, “well, I’m just gonna say it some white sh*t.”
Matthews also took a shot at black voters in her area, saying she doesn’t recognize them anymore. In the second half of the clip below, Project Veritas also provided more audio of Matthews’ discussion with a prison inmate, who she called on to organize a “secret society” of “n*****” to “watch” the streets and run for office.

Allyson Fried- I helped establish a black JAYCEE club in North Las Vegas and I agree with what you said about this woman having a true loss of correct English. She will not ever get far if she doesn’t change her ways. The person North Las Vegas inducted as president was (and is now) a black man that soon became a City Councilman and later the Mayor of the city. He graduated high school and spoke GOOD English. He was well-liked by everyone and always had a smile on his face. In all the years now that I have known him, he has always had a friendly greeting for everyone he meets.
You are correct, respect is NOT given..,. it’s earned. The only thing this type of hateful speak only stokes the fires of more hatred. I am a white man that has a black son-in-law with blended grandchildren and I respect him and them tremendously. He treats my daughter with respect as should any man, any color, any race. When you condone that “I’z black and I’m back” attitude I definitely don’t have any respect for you and only show your own true ignorance. You are the type that thinks that all is owed to you. Get up, go get a job, I (we) don’t owe you anything, learn to respect others, learn about GOD who gives us everything including each other! Do this and we will have peace in the world. Don’t do this and you’ll have exactly what we have today…to quote the Bible: “In the last days everyone will do what’s right in their own eyes”! I am part Cree indian and definitely realize that a race that really got screwed was the American Indian. When you believe that your race rights superceeds that of another race you lost that war already!!
She obviously doesn’t know the definition of the word respect. Respect is something earned, not something that is feared.
It’s a shame that “those” running for “offices” let their tongues run rampant…No one “cares” what they say, how they speak, or even act…WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO AMERICA?…DEAR LORD, FORGIVE THEM FOR WHAT THEY DO/SAY!
This woman cannot put a sentence together in correct English! What a fool. Hope she goes down in flames because of her big mouth. Dealing with criminals is common now in the Democratic Party including Hillary, Hunter, Obama and Biden. If a Trump fan said this, it would be front page news and on CNN, MSMBC, CBS, NBS, ABC.
Just what we need in congress is a racist.
We already have a racist (one of many) in congress… AOC. We also have a racist in the White House! He has accepted ONLY black, female candidates for Vice President and Supreme Court justices since the 2020 election. Considering job applicants by gender or race is illegal. The man should be ashamed of himself!
We need to create laws that prevent a candidate from doing this very thing. It’s criminal. If they run on a particular platform and once they win, they flip their political stance they should be prosecuted for fraud, Domestic terrorism and treason.
I think she will NOT win the election. She is too hostile to all people!
