Hello Everyone, Happy Monday!
I hope everyone is having a fantastic start to their week. We have important topics to discuss. Topics that should be spread far and wide, because the implications from such measures have powerful real-world ramifications that spread across a wide spectrum of our lives.
Living in California is wonderful, for the most part. It is beautiful, truly once was the Golden State in all aspects, and one of the only places in the world you can surf, golf, and snowboard in the same day. I love this state; but I hate our government. And I have good reasons for such a strong temperament towards Newsom, his administration, the legislatures, and the prior administrations. It really is not that hard to run a government properly, but these special people have found a way to run what could be and has been the best state in our union—by many metrics—to one of the worst, by many metrics.
For starters, during this pandemic and the lockdowns our state has suffered, it is quite odd, and at the very least, interesting, that one of the counties which never suffered such state-mandated closures is the county in which Dictator Newsom has his winery. Let that one marinate with you for a little.
Moreover, one morning, after the Department of Homeland Security came out with a study and research saying that sunlight is the best disinfectant and has health benefits which we need to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic—Newsom felt it appropriate to target certain, republican counties, and arbitrarily shut down our beautiful California Beaches. One of those counties being my home county of Orange County. We have some of the best and most beautiful beaches in the world, DHS just said they would help increase our strength against a viral disease, and this Dictator shuts our beaches down…but not other counties? Very, very, very odd.
When I woke up that morning and found out what he did, I was curious if Newsom himself woke up that morning and thought to himself, “Hmm, what is the one way I can unify both Democrats and Republicans in a concerted effort against me?” Regardless, he succeeded in that endeavor, evidenced by the massive protests we saw in Huntington Beach and elsewhere. And Newsom caving shortly thereafter.
Surely, to make sure Newsom did not let Prior Newsom out do Current Newsom, Dictator Newsom and his CA Department Public Health (CDPH) released wild restrictions on how Californians will be “allowed” to celebrate Thanksgiving next month with their family. Thanks, Government for the allowance of being able to celebrate a holiday with my family. So sweet of you.
Oddly, one of our founding principles as a nation was that the government and its orders, mandates, and directives end where your door front begins. The implied “right to privacy,” not expressly found in the Constitution, but heavily used by the Left, was established in Griswold v. Connecticut. However, based upon decisions by liberal and democrat governors and their administrations, it seems this “right to privacy” only applies in their abhorrent mission of abortion. Your right to privacy does not exist if it does not conform to what policies they want. How nice.
Have these people not read the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution? “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” I haven’t found the clause in the Constitution which designates to the federal government, nor to the States, the power to regulate holiday celebrations with your family, in your own household. Must not be a governmental power, then.
These directives by the CDPH ban gatherings of more than three households, including the hosts and guests, the Thanksgiving dinners must be held outdoors, and of course, not to give us too much freedom, must last for less than two hours. Wild. Do not worry, “attendees may go inside to use restrooms as long as the restrooms are frequently sanitized.” And, during the gatherings, attendees “may remove their face coverings briefly to eat or drink as long as they stay at least six feet away from everyone… and put their face covering back on as soon as they are done with the activity.”
I do not believe I really have to dive deep into the insanity promulgated by Newsom and the CDPH, I think this so far explains it enough. There are two types of people in this world: lions and sheep. Americans have always been lions. We still are lions. Fear is one of the most powerful psychological motivators, and our state governments and some in the federal government have used this pandemic to strike fear in the hearts of many Americans. But there comes a time when We the People must stand up and say enough is enough. There are many things more fearful than death, let alone a virus. These mandates have become ridiculous beyond satire. If you are fearful of the COVID virus and do not want to risk it; stay home. The rest of us can be responsible to handle our own. And we most assuredly do not need the government to tell us how to live our daily lives, interact with our family members, and celebrate Thanksgiving (my birthday that week, too).
I digress.
Back to our main topic of discussion for today.
Our topic of discussion for today is one which has been pervasive in our history and the history of many other governments’ and the relation of nations to the people: lies and deception. We all remember Iraq and Afghanistan and the WMD’s that never happened. Some may not have ever heard of the Gulf of Tonkin. And I am sure there are also many more who have not studied the lies used against the American people regarding the Vietnam War (and with new information coming to light all the lies to justify the War on Terrorism in the Middle East). And many, many, many more.
Ian Smith (@iansmithfitness) had brought to the forefront of our political public discussion a study by none other than Dr. Anthony Fauci. In his video, he discussed the study and its implications and ramifications, and correlated it with other medical studies.
Unfortunately, Instagram did not like this spread of information and promptly removed his video. Ian then put up a video discussing his Instagram censorship, which then too, of course, was promptly removed for “violating community standards.”
No matter. Have fun trying to take this column down, Instagram.
The title of the study is “Predominant Role of Bacterial Pneumonia as a Cause of Death in Pandemic Influenza: Implications for Pandemic Influenza Preparedness.” This study was published in 2008.
Fauci has been seen by Joe Biden, Democrat Establishment, and the Radical Left as someone who is the “scientific expert” that we must bow to his every word. So, let us pay attention to his very own words and research.
Postmortem samples used in this study by Fauci et al show that people who died of influenza during the 1918-1919 “uniformly” showed severe changes in indicative “bacterial pneumonia.” These autopsies “clearly and consistently” implicated “secondary bacterial pneumonia caused by common upper-respiratory-tract bacteria in most influenza fatalities.” The majority of deaths in the 1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic resulted directly from a “secondary bacterial pneumonia caused by common upper-respiratory-tract bacteria.” The deaths were “virtually never caused by the [influenza]” and this is “almost universally agreed among experts.” Deaths “resulted directly from severe secondary pneumonia…without this secondary bacterial pneumonia, experts generally believed that most patients would have recovered.”
How does one contract upper-respiratory-tract bacterial infections which lead to lethal pneumonia? Well, one way it can occur is wearing a mask and breathing out the bacteria into the mask, and then breathing it back in as it accumulates. And by continuing to use the same masks over and over, or not cleaning them. Research has also shown that mask-wearing, and cloth masks, can increase the risk of infections, pneumonia being one of them. Fauci’s research shows the lethality of pneumonia in prior pandemics. Face coverings, those of the N95 types, are effective in stopping the spread of the virus. And research on the pro-longed effects of wearing any type of masks for healthy people shows negative effects.
Masks were mandated in 1918 to deter, disrupt, and defend against that pandemic. Our bodies breathe out bacteria, it is a method used by our bodies to flush such things out. The mouth, from many medical studies (sorry to break it to you), is one of the dirtiest places…dirtier than public toilets.
So, it seems that putting two and two together, we wear these masks, breathe out an abhorrent amount of bacteria and other things—but the mask catches it all and we breathe it back in.
Ironically, and unfortunately, if you go to the CDC’s own website about the updates of deaths and the relations to COVID-19, only 6% of the deaths are solely and directly attributed to COVID-19.
What about the other 94%? Well, they are attributed to a mix of COVID-19, Pneumonia, and Influenza.
It seems odd that Fauci’s own research shows that the 1918 pandemic was worsened by and made more lethal by pneumonia and that some of the recommendations made by our “scientific experts” increase the risk of pneumonia infection, especially for the elderly and those who are already sick—and that other medical research shows wearing masks for healthy people is on balance, negative.
Final food for thought; we need and must learn to live with this new Chimeric Virus. Do not solely take my word for it, take theirs. Thousands and thousands of Doctors and other medical professionals saying the exact same thing and offering strategic ways we can handle the virus—because what we are doing is leading to many other problems and crises in our society. These doctors and medical professionals discuss how the detrimental direct and indirect effects from certain orders from governments will lead to more deaths from other causes down the line than the disease itself.
Think about it. If one measure we take saves 10,000 lives but the other direct and indirect effects lead to 100,000 deaths, are we really making the smarter decision?
