Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was served with an ethics complaint Wednesday by Chaya Raichik, the owner of the popular Twitter account ‘Libs of TikTok,’ for lying about Raichik during a committee hearing.
In a video posted to Twitter, which appears to have been facilitated by the powerful conservative Heritage Foundation, Raichik first visits AOC’s office, where she delivers her complaint to a staffer.
Then, later on, Raichik saw AOC face-to-face, letting her know she had been served, and that the Congresswoman had lied about Raichik inciting a bomb threat during an official proceeding.
Shortly thereafter, AOC recognizes Raichik and goes on to call her “super transphobic” for reporting on ‘drag queen’ events that feature grown biological men twerking on children as young as five.
Ocasio-Cortez has frequently had run-ins with major conservative influencers in the Capitol and on the campaign trail. Last fall, she was heckled by comedian Alex Stein in a clip where he infamously called the representative his “favorite big booty Latina.”
In July of 2021, a Project Veritas reporter fooled the Congresswoman into thinking he was a fan, before hilariously breaking the news to her.
