In stunning footage released to Twitter, a raucous member of the press, who is allegedly an employee for CBS News, violently attacked and screamed at an independent photographer taking shots of the scenes outside Manhattan Criminal Court Tuesday.
The tall man dressed in black holding a large microphone grabs the reporter, after reportedly spilling his coffee, by the neck, before screaming “I will kill you” with added expletives repeatedly.

The journalist assaulted (@ViralNewsNYC on Twitter) posted another video from Leeroy Press showing the unruly alleged CBS employee heckling Rep. George Santos (R-NY).

The chaotic scene unfolded just hours after former President Donald Trump was arraigned inside the courthouse.

In a post-arraignment speech given at Mar-a-Lago Tuesday evening, Trump ripped the prosecution, DA Alvin Bragg, and the case’s presiding judge, Juan Merchan.
“This is a persecution, not an investigation. It’s put our family through hell. It’s cost hundreds of millions of dollars to defend, but our heads are held very, very high,” Trump said.
“They want to settle the case, but I want no part of that. So here we are now, where we were today, where we were today, in a city that was so great just four or five years ago. But now we’re there, and timed there today as you possibly read, with a local failed district attorney charging a former President of the United States for the first time in history on a basis that every single pundit and legal analyst said, there is no case.”

Bragg, one must ponder if he could not pass remedial Law 101 without affirmative action , the “reporter” a prime example of Vile Hatred for the “Right”. Bragg should have that “reporter” arrested and tried for assault and other crimes of racist intent.
