The brutal beating and ensuing death of Rosanne Boyland, a Trump supporter who took part in the January 6 protest at the U.S. Capitol, has been deemed “objectionably reasonable” by the Capitol Police of DC.

The Gateway Pundit has done some excellent reporting on the death of Boyland, interviewing eyewitnesses and following her story.

Gateway reports:

Last July, Trump supporter and activist, Philip Anderson confirmed to The Gateway Pundit that Capitol Police killed Trump protester Rosanne Boyland on January 6.

Philip knows this because he was next to her when she died.  He was holding her hand.  And Philip nearly died himself.

Activist Philip Anderson spoke with The Gateway Pundit about the Jan. 6 protests at the US Capitol and how the Capitol police murdered Rosanne Boyland and nearly took his life too.

The January 6 Commission will NEVER call in Philip Anderson to testify. It would blow up their narrative.

** We have reported on the tragic death of Rosanne Boyland several times now.

This was an amazing eyewitness report that has been ignored by the fake news media because it does not fit their narrative.  A black Trump supporter was gassed with clouds of pepper spray, pushed down, and then nearly trampled to death as police officers continued to push Trump supporters on top of a pile of people outside the US Capitol.

Anderson described how Rosanne Boyland was the first woman killed by Capitol police that day.

Ashli Babbitt was the second woman killed by Capitol Hill police.

This photo shows Philip Anderson nearly unconscious being dragged away by Trump supporters after being crushed under a pile on Jan. 6. Roseanne Boylan was next to him when she died.

Philip Anderson fell and was being smothered as police officers continued to push Trump supporters on top of him.  Philip told The Gateway Pundit how he was holding Rosanne’s hand when she died.

second eye-witness also contacted The Gateway Pundit following our interview with Philip and confirmed his account.

And Jake Lang, a January 6 prisoner currently held without trial or rights inside the Washington DC prison, also confirmed this report.  Jake Lang rescued Philip Anderson that day.

Capitol Police investigators ruled the beating of unconscious Trump supporter Rosanne Boyland by Capitol Police officers until she died was “objectively reasonable.”

This is the second murder that day by Capitol Police that was given a pass.  Lt. Mike Byrd was exonerated after he shot Trump supporter Ashli Babbit in cold blood inside the US Capitol that day.  Investigators did not even interview Byrd before he was exonerated!

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Officer Lila Morris was filmed beating Rosanne Boyland repeatedly with a stick while she lay on the ground motionless.

Morris was later cheered by the media.

And now we learn that the Capitol Police later deemed the deadly beating of Rosanne Boyland to be “objectively reasonable.”

It is now clear — If you are a Capitol Police Officer you can kill Trump supporters at will.  You will be excused.

They’re making it open season on Trump supporters and they all support this.

God protect us from these demons!

The Epoch Times reported:

The beating of an unconscious Trump supporter by a DC Metropolitan Police Department officer on January 6 was deemed to be “objectively reasonable” after an investigation by the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau, The Epoch Times has learned.

The Internal Affairs investigation was opened in September 2021 based on a complaint filed by a Texas man who assembled video evidence of the officer striking an unconscious Rosanne Boyland with a steel baton and a large wooden stick at the entrance to the West Terrace tunnel at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Ga., was pinned under a pile of protesters who fled the tunnel when police deployed a crowd-control gas. After several minutes of being crushed by the weight of other fallen protesters, Boyland lost consciousness and stopped breathing, witnesses have said.

Boyland traveled to Washington D.C. that day to attend the “Stop the Steal” rally and hear then-President Donald Trump speak at the Ellipse. She became trapped in a crowd that sought entry to the Capitol through the West Terrace tunnel.

As Boyland lay unconscious on the ground, DC Metro Police Officer Lila Morris repeatedly struck her with a steel baton and what appeared to be a wooden walking stick, according to a video recording.

The sudden attack horrified Boyland’s friend and traveling companion, Justin Winchell, who pleaded with police and protesters to provide first aid to Boyland. Police bodycam video shows Winchell’s shock when he saw Morris strike Boyland in the head.

“She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die! …I need somebody! She’s dead!” Winchell cried.

Boyland was not pronounced dead until more than 90 minutes later, although she appeared lifeless when police dragged her body from the West Terrace tunnel entrance into the Capitol at 4:31 p.m.

  1. about the most poorly written article I’ve read in awhile. You repeated the same line 3 or 4 times before you added anything new. Perhaps if she hadn’t “sought entry to the Capitol” that day, she’d still be with us.

    1. Please define “Objectively Reasonable” according to the Capital Police standards? Is this method of execution written up as standard ethics and treatment of demonstrators? Are these thugs in uniforms trained killers or what?

  2. The way the January demonstration turned riotous, but with not one weapon found or confiscated, was handled and has been handled since is as scary as anything that has happened in this country in recent times. Why do not all loyal Americans including – Democrats, Independents and apolitical sorts speak out – YELL about this atrocity of justice that was dealt out that night and is continuing with the handling of arrests and holding of folks – who again had no weapons and did not kill or maim anyone!!!! It is clearly political persecution and imprisonment of same – “here in the United States of America”??!!!
