On June 22nd, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County school board meeting while opposing a transgender bathroom policy. The meeting was labeled an ‘unlawful assembly’ – despite the fact that Black Lives Matter was allowed to trash the county without repercussions – as parents pleaded for safety.
At the meeting, a leftist activist wearing a rainbow shirt, which has morphed into a deranged symbol used by liberal educators in schools, told Smith she didn’t believe his account of the horrific story of his daughter’s rape in a school bathroom. And that’s when his anger reached a tipping point at the meeting, resulting in his arrest.
The media has used Smith’s face as the poster for so-called right-wing “extremism” in school board meetings. And unfortunately, Smith was never allowed to tell his daughter’s full story, a vitally important one, before his arrest. But in an interview with the Daily Wire, Smith was able to lay out the facts and the truth.

“If someone would have sat and listened for thirty seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken,” said Elizabeth Lancaster, Smith’s attorney.
Mortified and heartbroken doesn’t go far enough. Here’s what happened, according to the Daily Wire:
On May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.
Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.

According to the Daily Mail, the school called the rape a ‘physical assault’ in order to defend the ‘bisexual’ boy that brutally raped Smith’s daughter using transgender bathroom policies allowing children to be targets:
On the day of the incident, Smith says the school told him to come to the campus because his daughter had been physically assaulted. They did not say she had been sexually assaulted.
Now, the school has officially admitted that the assault was, in reality, a brutal and grotesque rape committed by a boy with clear mental problems. Smith shared the following regarding his experience:
It has been so hard to keep my mouth shut and wait this out. It has been the most powerless thing I’ve ever been through. We’re not into this children transgender stuff. The person that attacked our daughter is apparently bisexual and occasionally wears dresses because he likes them… So this kid is technically not what the school board was fighting about.
The point is kids are using it as an advantage to get into the bathrooms.
Smith’s story is sad and disgusting, but it is not surprising. Conservative parents everywhere need to continue to fight for their children’s safety in schools. Civil disobedience at school board meetings is crucial in this battle against the left’s increasingly deranged values.

The school board members are satanists.It’s obvious they don’t care about the welfare of the children.Take your children out of public schools and take them to Catholic parochial schools.At least they’ll be safe there
This transgender rapist was relocated to another school where he raped another girl. The Board members that shut this parent down & attacked him was aware he was going to tell the truth. They wanted to make rules for transgenders to go into girls bathrooms, and his story would have been in conflict with their story that there had never been a transgender attack in any girls bathroom. They knew the truth & felt they had to shut it down, even to the point of beating this poor parent. Then the FAKE News parroted a story that this was a crazy terrorist parent to further the terrorist parent narrative being pushed out by the Biden administration. The horror continues.
What is going on here in the School, Boys want to wairs skirts, dresses andlady slacks, an dattacking girls who, like anyone else, needs the bathroom, is attacked. Insanity is at its worse.
Unless people at large FIGHT BACK, America will be lost. What happened here will and is happening across the country not only by kids who are being screwed up by psychopathic adults but by illegal immigrants storming the border and being “assimilated” into communities countrywide. We are allowing the PSYCHOPATHIC LEFT to call the shots as we sit idly by and watch out beloved U.S. go down the toilet. I get sick when I think about the selfless brave men and women who fought and died for this country. What are we doing to allow this sickness to progress so far?
