A central Florida diner that announced it will not be serving anyone who supports Joe Biden was temporarily forced to close on Wednesday after selling out of food.

Following the Kabul airport attack that killed 13 United States service members and around 200 civilians late last month, DeBary Diner owner Angie Ugarte posted a sign in the Florida restaurant’s window informing those who “voted for and continue to support and stand behind the worthless, inept and corrupt ‘administration’ currently inhabiting the White House that is complicit in the death of our servicemen and women in Afghanistan” to take their “business elsewhere”.

“I’ve gotten so many people calling me from all over the world, from Europe, trying to purchase meals for veterans, which I still haven’t been able to organize,” Ugarte told the Daytona Beach News-Journal. “I think that the veterans will be fed for the rest of the year at the rate I’m getting donations.”

Supporters of Ugarte and the message she posted came from all over Florida to pose with the sign, including one woman who brought a Trump 2020 banner but refused to give her name to the News-Journal. “Hallelujah!” another woman shouted upon hearing that the business was closed related to overwhelming popularity (Today Headline).

Last week, elections watchdog Public Interest Legal Foundation released a report showing over 80,000 ‘lost’ votes in Wisconsin. Now, new developments from the Heritage Foundation suggest that there were more ‘unaccounted’ votes in a slew of competitive swing states than Biden’s margin of victory:

“Joe Biden’s margins of victory in Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin were slimmer than totals of unaccounted-for ballots,” said Hans von Spakovsky, the manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies.

“Remember the margin of victory in Wisconsin was only 20,000 votes, and that basically 82,000 ballots were either lost or undeliverable or were rejected,” von Spakovsky said on Wednesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow. “That’s four times the margin of victory.” He also added, “Those are the numbers that the Wisconsin Election Commission itself reported to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.”

A further breakdown by the legal group, Public Interest Legal Foundation, shows that 1.4 million ballots were sent by mail. 6,458 of those were undeliverable. Additionally, 2,981 mail-in ballots were rejected. The vast majority, 76,308, met an “unknown” fate (Kolozeg).

“The federal data show the 2020 election had more mail ballots that were never counted than the margin of victory in the presidential election in Wisconsin,” J. Christian Adams, president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, said in a statement. The Public Interest Legal Foundation reported that approximately 15 million mail ballots were unaccounted for in the 2020 election.

“This isn’t the way to run an election,” said Adams. He also added, “Mail ballots invite error, disenfranchisement of voters, and puts the inept U.S. Post Office determining the outcome of elections” (Headline USA).

Wisconsin lost track of more than 82,000 mail-in ballots cast in the state in the November 2020 elections—more than four times the margin of difference separating the two presidential candidates in the state, according to a report by the nonprofit Public Interest Legal Foundation.

The legal foundation, an election integrity watchdog group, released a research brief Friday looking at one of the most closely contested states in the 2020 presidential election. However, the Wisconsin Elections Commission disputes those findings, as the commission spokesman said the report “mischaracterizes election systems and cherry-picks data,” adding, it is “unreliable and frankly, it’s sloppy work.”

Joe Biden defeated then-President Donald Trump by 20,682 votes in Wisconsin in the November presidential election, according to officially reported results. However, according to the legal foundation’s report, 82,766 mail-in ballots in the state were either undeliverable or suffered an unknown fate.

A further breakdown by the legal group shows that 1.4 million ballots were sent by mail. Of those, 6,458 were undeliverable. An additional 2,981 mail-in ballots were rejected. The vast majority, 76,308, met an “unknown” fate.

“The federal data show the 2020 election had more mail ballots that were never counted than the margin of victory in the presidential election in Wisconsin,” J. Christian Adams, president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, said in a statement.

“This isn’t the way to run an election,” said Adams, a former Justice Department lawyer in the Voting Section. “Mail ballots invite error, disenfranchisement of voters, and puts the inept U.S. post office determining the outcome of elections.”

Wisconsin was among the three most closely contested states in the country, along with Georgia and Arizona, each of which Biden won by 0.6% or less. A Washington Post analysis in February found that flipping about 43,000 votes across those three states could have changed the Electoral College outcome.
