A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Sam Brinton, an official at the Biden administrations Department of Energy (DOE), for allegedly stealing luggage from the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
The grand larceny charge has the value of the stolen luggage between $1,200 and $5,000 according to the warrant. Grand larceny is a category B felony in Nevada and is punishable by one to ten years in prison and a possible $10,000 fine, according to MSN.
There are sparse details on what happened at the Las Vegas airport, with the only details in this case coming from 8 News Now Investigations.
Brinton is a prominent non-binary advocate in the Biden administration. Brinton is also accused of stealing luggage from the Minneapolis airport earlier this year. In September, Brinton allegedly snatched a woman’s Vera Bradley suitcase worth $2,325 from the baggage claim and walked out of the airport. Surveillance video footage showed Brinton removing the luggage ID tag in the airport. Brinton was later seen with the Vera Bradley suitcase on two occasions, according to the New York Post.
Brinton currently serves as the DOE’s deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition. Brinton is considered an LGBT+ advocate and policy expert. Brinton has a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before joining the Biden Administration, Brinton worked for the LGBTQ+ organization Trevor Project. Brinton was previously appointed to the Biden Administration as a Senior Advisor for Nuclear Energy, Science, and Security in the Department of Energy.

Is it possible that a free Republic is so bound up by crazy laws that we can’t divorce our Republic from the control of this obviously compromised president. Bad enough he has dementia, he’s a proven criminal. It’s understandable there are revolutions when citizens find their government and way of life being destroyed by a criminal element that exists only to deliver America to Communism, Marxism or Globalism and they cannot stop the delivery because their vote is useless against tyranny and dishonesty in government. Where are new leaders strong enough to lead America out of the looming darkness.
