Republican Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano promised to bring law and order back to the city of Philadelphia if elected governor.
In a Tweet, Mastriano referenced a weekend news story where a local convenience store was ransacked by a giant, lawless group of youths in Philadelphia.
“Imagine stopping in to pay for gas or buy a hoagie and encountering this chaos. Lawlessness is out of control in Pennsylvania. When I’m Governor, we’ll restore law and order.”
Footage of the ransacking went viral on social media, showing a group of rowdy urban-dwellers destroying the local store. The group stole food, threw merchandise across the room and generally made a scene.
The filmed aftermath showed destroyed shelving, littered food, and spilled beverages.
Users online pointed out the gleeful nature of the criminals.
The local CBS affiliate reported on the ransacking. They estimated around “100 juveniles” took part in the criminal action. Officers responded to the scene and “dispersed the crowd”. According to CBS, no arrests have been made.

IT’S TIME THESE WOKE. LIBERAL DEMORAT JUDGES, START DOING THEIR JOBS, AND SENTENCE CRIMINALS TO JAIL FOR THE MAXIMUM TERM.
IF THESE JUDGES FAIL TO ENFORCE THE LAW, THEY SHOULD ALL BE TERMINATED. THEY ARE USELESS.
THE CRIMINALS HAVE TAKEN OVER AMERICA, AND IT MUST BE STOPPED NOW.
