On the eve of midterm election day in America, billionaire Twitter owner Elon Musk has advised users to vote for a Republican Congress.
Tweeting to his whopping 114.8M followers, Musk wrote, “To independent-minded voters: Shared power curbs the worst excesses of both parties, therefore I recommend voting for a Republican Congress, given that the Presidency is Democratic.”
To independent-minded voters:

Shared power curbs the worst excesses of both parties, therefore I recommend voting for a Republican Congress, given that the Presidency is Democratic.
Musk added, “Hardcore Democrats or Republicans never vote for the other side, so independent voters are the ones who actually decide who’s in charge,” in a second tweet threaded below.
Musk’s endorsement is certainly a welcome headline for Republicans just one day before the election, as the party works to win over independents and win a landslide victory.
Right now, the race for the Senate is a dead heat, while Republicans are poised to make big gains in the House and governorships across the country.
