The Mayor of Hudson, Ohio crashed a recent school board meeting and delivered a strong ultimatum in defense of children.
It was recently revealed that Hudson schools had been distributing material that a judge considers child pornography.
When Mayor Craig Schubert walked up to the podium at this week’s school board meet, some expected a toned down, long, winding speech about protecting children in the city’s high schools.
Instead, the mayor gave the ENTIRE school board a simple ultimatum: resign now or be charged with criminal offenses.
“It has come to my attention that your educators are distributing essentially what is child pornography in the classroom. I’ve spoken to a judge this evening and she’s already confirmed that. So I’m going to give you a simple choice: either choose to resign from this board of education or you will be charged,” Schubert said.
In response, the crowd roared in applause.
